I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor, currently registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

I’m medically trained, but naturally focused. I work as a health detective to identify the root causes of your health concerns and what obstacles are preventing you from reaching your goals. I teach the principles of healthy living and actively engage my patients in their own healthcare. I treat people, not conditions, by offering personalized natural health solutions. 

My Approach

I utilize the power of food, movement, stress reduction, herbs, supplements and acupuncture to assist my patients in reaching their goals. 

I use specialized functional testing, when indicated, to take a deeper look at what’s going on.

I’ve had a tremendous success treating:

This appointment is for patients looking to address ONE concern, usually acutely. All follow ups should be 30 minutes unless prior permission was given by practitioner.

This appointment is REQUIRED for all new patients. In this visit we will discuss your primary health concerns and health history. Physical exams will be completed and laboratory investigations may be suggested.
